I love fanfic, I used to go on teh Busted fanfic site... it started off okay, but then they just turned into pornos!

And they were the ones that you type it your name, favourite color etc and it personalises it for you...

Disturbing stuff I tell you...

Haha i used to go on there aswell. Some of the stuff really was OTT.

The most disturbing I've ever come across was Bam Margera's crew-related - like, these sappy AWFUL love stories clearly written by 12 year olds in love with Raab. Made me go like that -------->

Shannon, you hit the nail on the head. If I could read REAL fan fiction, that is alternative well-thought out storylines for interesting characters (eg I read some Buffy stuff years ago), I'd be up for it - but normally nowadays fan fiction has come to mean "Here's how I'd write him/her/them into my life and make them love me and do rude things to me forever and ever amen".

I think when you get fanfic websites, people want to stand out and be 'controversial', so they just type the dirtiest thing they can think of.

Or they'd just write a random story, then change all the name's to whomever the website was about. So it could've been about anyone in the world.

I think the best one's are when you take a 'guess' at what the person's life is actually like, and write that up. Speaking of which... I might give it a go right now

I've joined a few forums over the years (DS was one of them, but I can't even remember my username there now, never mind my password ) but the only ones I'm now an active member of are a card making one and a couple of rat forums, one of which I'm a member of Admin.
