right, i applied for a bank card online Surprised

(a teen card) at RBS Very Happy

and i was filling out the forms, and it said,
"number of dependants" Surprised

so for some reason, i thought this ment "parents"
even though the drop down menu went upto something like 30 Neutral

and its ovb not possible to have 30 parents Laughing

so i clicked 2 Surprised

so now RBS think am a 15 year old, living with my parents with 2 children Surprised

my friends mum said you cant change it Sad

anyone got any ideas ?

LOL rubbish of course you can change it. I used to work in that industry - all you have to do is write them a letter!
