Did Keith choose the song himself?

The deubt single hadn't really been planned until February and this was just a wee stocking filler. As far as I recall, it was suggested to Keith by one of the producers of Joseph. Keith liked the idea, took it to the record label and producer who all agreed it would be a nice Christmas song.
We're not expecting it to chart to be honest. It was all very last minute and a chart placing wasn't really in our thinking. Hopefully it will sell well for the next couple of weeks and raise some money for charity.

So far I don't think there are any sales figures released, but as long as all Keith's fans have bought their copies and raised some money I am sure he will be happy Smile
